Senior Email the week of 9/12/2024

Hello, Seniors, Parents, and Guardians!

 

 

My name is Paul Mercier, and I am the Student Activities Director here at Churchill. One of my other roles in the building is that of the Senior Class Sponsor. I will be sending emails from time-to-time regarding senior activities and important dates. 

 

Today, our Jostens Representative (caps, gowns, etc), and our counseling staff, held a joint meeting with the senior class during Charger Time. Your student(s) should be bringing home a small packet or flier with information regarding purchasing a cap and gown for graduation. These purchases will take place ONLINE starting tomorrow, and Jostens has requested that orders be placed before SEPTEMBER 20th. There are many available items through Jostens; however, the only REQUIRED purchase is the “Cap and Gown Unit”($60) which includes the cap, gown, and a tassel. 

 

If for some reason your student did not attend, or they lost the information, I have extras available in the Student Activities Office. You should also be able to access everything HERE.

 

Please keep in mind that these cap and gown packages will not arrive for distribution until MAY. However, additional items will be delivered sooner.
